On Wednesday, September 28, the Association of State Floodplain Managers' Flood Science Center and the Coastal States Organization in partnership with the Rhode Island Emergency Management Agency, the Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council, the University of Rhode Island Coastal Resources Center, and the Narragansett Bay NERR hosted a half-day CRS workshop in Warwick, Rhode Island. This workshop was dedicated to disseminating information from the CRS Green Guide, sharing CRS success stories from communities in region, showcasing tools and resources that could be useful to participants, and conducting exercises with participants that can help them to enhance their performance in the CRS program.Materials from this workshop will be posted here in the near future.
