This project leveraged a decade worth of effort to complete the development and utilization of national resilience standards for floodproofing (barrier) products (ANSI/FM Approvals 2510) and ASFPM’s National Flood Barrier Testing & Certification Program (NFBTCP) by developing standards for sealants and semi-permanent barriers, getting the ANSI/FM Approvals Standards socialized and incorporated into national codes, and publicizing the standards and the NFBTCP among important user groups.
