To aid the Puerto Rico Planning Board (Board) and IBTS Project Team (IBTS) with a field deployment of three L273 Flood Management Supplement Course accompanied by three supplemental one day training to follow each Course. The supplemental training will cover materials and instruction relevant to the Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM) Exam. ASFPM will also aid in the coordination of a minimum of three virtual CFM exams to be conducted at one of three virtual testing facilities in Puerto Rico.
